Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any purchases. All sales are final. If you feel you've received a defective puzzle, please reach out to us at mysterywick@gmail.com and describe the issue you're having. If the puzzle is defective, we will send a replacement free of charge.

 

Please keep in mind, Mysterywick Puzzle Candles are all handmade. Every element is crafted/placed/created/conceived of/drawn/sourced by a real human. We aren't robots! There may be some imperfections but hopefully this does not interfere with your game play.
